The Ashland Public Safety Communications Center utilizes the RapidSOS data platform to ensure that first responders have all the critical information needed to treat you. When you create an Emergency Health Profile through RapidSOS, our dispatchers are sure to have all your medical history, along with any medications and current conditions. This is available to all of our community partners.

The information that is collected is:
* First/Last name
* Gender/Age/Address/Phone Number* Medical Conditions/Allergies/Additional  notes
*Emergency primary and secondary contact info
