Important Information

A passenger in a motor vehicle on any way who is under the age of 8
shall be
fastened and secured by a child passenger restraint, unless such
passenger
measures more than 57 inches in height. The child passenger restraint
shall
be properly fastened and secured according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
The Town of Ashland requires all persons wishing to solicit or
sell door-to-door to register and obtain a permit with The Ashland Police
Department by order of town by-law Chapter 215. Anyone issued a permit must have
this permit displayed on the outer garment at all times and present
corresponding identification when requested.
